Online Order Cancellation Policy
- Order Cancellation must be made before the order ships. Once the order has been picked up by the carrier, it cannot be canceled.
- Cancellation processing fee of 3% will apply to all canceled online orders.
- Returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before returning any items.
