1. Returns & Exchanges Any purchase made, whether directly at one of our locations or online, may be returned within three (3) business days if the unit, device, part, or component is not physically damaged due to inappropriate use or negligence. Items that have been tampered with, or exceed the three-business-day return window, will not be accepted.

2. Product Availability & Sales Polar Fox APU offers parts and components specifically designed for our systems. We are not responsible for improper part replacement or installation. All sales, both online and in-store, are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change at the sole discretion of Polar Fox APU without prior notice.

3. Returns & Inquiries Return requests and inquiries should be directed to Polar Fox APU at the physical address or contact information provided at the top of this document.

4. Shipping Policy Orders are shipped upon receipt of payment. Shipping times may vary based on location, and Polar Fox APU is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

5. Lost or Missing Shipments In case of a lost or missing shipment, Polar Fox APU will work with the shipping carrier to locate the package. Proof of missing items is required to file a loss claim.

6. Payment & Refunds Payments may be made using accepted methods, including debit or credit cards. All purchases must be paid in full before receiving the product. Refunds for approved returns will be credited using the original payment method.

3. Product & Service Liability Polar Fox APU is not responsible for damage to vehicles, personal property, or injury resulting from improper installation or use of our products. Any modifications or unauthorized service may void the warranty.

4. Service Locations & Legal Compliance Polar Fox APU services are provided at authorized locations across the United States. Service offerings may vary due to local and state regulations.

5. Confidentiality Customer information collected during purchase, installation, or service is confidential and will not be shared or sold. This data is used only for service records, warranty claims, and product updates.

6. Service Limitations Polar Fox APU is not liable for lost revenue if service or installation is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, including facility closures or external disruptions.

7. Warranty & Maintenance The purchaser is responsible for maintaining the auxiliary power unit per the recommended service schedule. Failure to do so may affect performance and warranty coverage. Maintenance, repair, or installation costs outside the warranty period are the purchaser’s responsibility.

8. Policy Updates Polar Fox APU reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon publication in this document. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to stay informed of changes.

9. Legal Considerations If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid by a court of law, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. Polar Fox APU operates in compliance with applicable laws and reserves the right to update terms as required.
